📜 Rules & Regulations:

Security and Housekeeping:

• You are responsible for providing adequate security for the event.
• Beach access is not permitted for safety reasons.
• If you require security or housekeeping staff from us, charges start at ₹1,300 per staff member.

Lawful Events and Permissions:

• All events must comply with applicable laws, and necessary permissions must be obtained from your side.
• Events are permitted only until 10 PM and must not exceed this time limit.

Fireworks:

• Fireworks are strictly prohibited to protect the natural flora and fauna.

Parking:

• Parking is allowed only in designated spots. You are responsible for valet arrangements

  Banners:

• Event promotional materials can be displayed only at select locations, with management consent and approved sizes.

Permanent Structures:

• No setups causing permanent damage to the venue are allowed. Permanent fixtures cannot be installed.

Electricity and Water:

• 12 hours of electricity for grinder/mixer + 2 lights and 3 lines of water for washing is chargeable at ₹7,500.
• Any additional electricity usage is the responsibility of the guest.

Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only in the designated zone at the back.

Speakers:
Speakers must be angled away from the venue to minimize noise disturbance.
