We collect information about you when you use the Website. Without it, we may not be able to provide all services requested.

We process the above information in order to enable you to access the Services, enable you to communicate and engage with others, process and respond to your request, provide you with support, send you messages, updates, security alerts, and account notifications.

We process the above information to  help us ensure the Services function correctly, and improve compatibility, and to perform analytics, debug, and conduct research, improve and develop our products and services.

You may also revoke consent to the collection of information going forward, and ask us to delete information you have provided to us. As permitted under applicable law, we may retain your information even after you terminate use of the Services. However, such information will continue to be processed as required by law and in accordance with this policy. Your information collected during your usage of the Services is purged after 5 years provided that we are not required to retain your information under applicable law.

In the event Spottle becomes aware of any breach of the security of your information, we will promptly notify you and take appropriate action to the best of our ability to remedy such a breach in compliance with applicable laws. In this event, Spottle may need to disclose the details of such a breach to the relevant regulatory authorities.
