The studio needs to be handed over in the same condition as given during booking.
Any painting or change of color done should be restored to the original state.
Any repairs or replacements due to damages caused to the property or items at the studio during shoot will be borne by you.
Electricity cost will be as per meter on set work and shoot dates.
The client will not use the studio for any other purpose other than shoots.
Water usage will be charged as per meter.
No smoking is allowed inside the studio floor.
The generator for AC usage will be arranged by the studio if required & payment will be paid by client directly to genset vendors.
Any area utilized for shooting with camera other than inside the studio will be charged separately and additionally (both interior and exterior).
Generator for lights should be arranged by client.
Dismantling day will be considered as setwork day & charges will apply.
Once the studio is confirmed for the date/dates any cancellation or date change will be charged at 100%.
Bookings are for shoot purposes only and cannot be used for any other activities.
The studio must be returned in the same condition as handed over during booking.

Repairs or replacements for damages to property, fixtures, or equipment during the shoot will be charged to the client.
Higher charges apply if the floor/studio is excessively dirty.
Lighting Power: In-house electricity cannot be used for lights. A generator must be arranged by the client for lighting.
AC Power: A 310kv generator is required for AC usage – vendor contacts can be provided on request.
Power Backup: The studio does not have an in-built power backup. The client’s generator must be connected to the building in case of power failure to ensure continuous power supply for rooms and premises during shooting.
Additional Areas: Any interior/exterior area used beyond the studio floor for shoot will be billed separately.
Dismantling Day: Considered a full set-work day and charged accordingly.
