- Access to the entire property: lawn, courtyard, open-air balcony, dining hall & courtyard balcony
- Water consumption charges during the shoot
- Electricity consumption charges
- Parking for vehicles
- Wi-Fi in the hall
💰 Security Deposit: Starting at ₹20,000 (for shoots under 5 hours), to be paid directly to the host before the shoot and refunded afterward, provided there are no damages or use of the Courtyard Tower air conditioners.
💵 Additional Charges:
Use of the Tower Air Conditioners is ₹2,500 per hour for all 5 towers, or ₹10,000 to rent a single tower A/C.
📜 Rules & Regulations:
- Consumption of liquor and smoking cigarettes in the venue is not permitted.
- Penalty charges of 10,000/- is applicable for every incident of smoking and drinking in the property.
- Music from the audio equipment or speakers are to cease at 10.30 PM.
- For damages to the property, especially walls, we will charge the cost to repair the entire wall and not a part of it or patch areas.
- Electricity consumption of lighting material can be used up to 5KV on the EB supply included in hall rental charges.
- Littering our property or any property around the venue, I.e. Food waste or Decor waste material will be fined Rs.10,000/-
- Painting the walls, wallpapers and Nails are not allowed, any damages to the walls due to any attempt of nailing, painting or application of wallpaper will attract damage fines.
