📜 Rules & Regulations:
- Smoking & Vaping are prohibited inside and outside the venue (within premises) as the venue is in a building that has residential unit.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly forbidden inside the venue.
- Narcotics consumption and possession is strictly forbidden inside the venue and around the building premises.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings.
- We have 24×7 CCTV surveillance of the venue and the surrounding parking.
- All music performances that involve loud music must end 10 PM as that is the local legislation for performance timing cutoffs for event spaces. (This does not apply for the music production/mixing space or any event that does not involve high volume music such as conferences, hackathons etc…)
- We have a maximum DB level that we will not cross (Prevent hearing damage of guests, and to not cause a disturbance to other building residents, as sound will travel through the building if it is loud enough.)
- Guests must not venture around the building without authorization. This can cause unease with other residents of the building. Please respect their privacy.
- Street parking must not be a hinderance to other residents in the area.
