• Permitted Use
  • The studio may be used only for content creation purposes, including: YouTube videos, Podcasts, Interviews, Reels, Photoshoots
  • Loud, disruptive, or unprofessional activities are not permitted.
• Conduct & Safety
  • Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the studio premises.
  • Food and beverages are not permitted near studio equipment or furnished areas.
  • A professional and respectful environment must be maintained at all times.
• Furniture, Equipment & Property
  • All furniture, lighting, and studio property must be handled with care.
  • Rearranging furniture is allowed only with prior permission and must be returned to its original position after use.
  • Any damage to studio property or equipment will be charged to the booking party.
• Cleanliness
  • The studio must be left clean and orderly after use.
  • Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
• Liability
  • The studio management is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
