All equipment, appliances, vessels and utensils must be handled with care. Any damage, breakage or loss will be charged based on the actual repair or replacement cost.
Gas, stove and induction facilities may be used only for production-related cooking requirements.
Gas connections, stoves, induction units and electrical appliances must not be relocated, modified or tampered with.
The Prep Kitchen may be used for ingredient preparation, pre-cooking, food preparation and production support. The area must be maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Excessive cleaning, grease removal, stains or damage caused during production may attract additional charges.
The Prep Kitchen is intended primarily for preparation and production support and should not be used as an additional shoot area unless specifically approved.
The refrigerator may be used for temporary storage of production-related ingredients and food items during the booked session. All items must be removed at the end of the booking.
The Studio is not responsible for spoilage, loss or damage to food items stored in the refrigerator.
All food waste, packaging and production waste must be disposed of in designated areas. Oil, grease, food waste and liquids must not be disposed of in a manner that may damage studio facilities or drainage systems. Excessive or professional cleaning may be charged separately.
Any production involving excessive flame, smoke, deep frying, heavy oil usage, specialised cooking equipment or unusual cooking processes must be informed to the studio team before the shoot.
Additional cleaning, safety or maintenance charges may apply.
Clients may bring their own ingredients, cookware or production equipment, subject to prior approval. External equipment must be safe for use within the studio and must not cause damage to electrical systems, flooring, furniture, walls or kitchen facilities.
For Hourly Studio Rental and Podcast Studio bookings, complimentary Green Room access is limited to 20 minutes per booking.
The 20-minute access is intended for preparation and changing purposes before or during the shoot. Additional usage is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Furniture, mirrors and fixtures must not be moved or used as production props without approval. The room must be left clean and free of personal belongings. Damage, stains or excessive cleaning will be charged to the
client.
The Green Room is a shared facility and may be used by other studio clients when available.
The studio must be maintained in a clean and orderly condition throughout the booking. Permanent marks, stains or damage to furniture, walls, floors, sets or studio property may incur professional cleaning, repair or replacement charges.
Clients must leave the studio in the condition in which it was provided.
Damage to studio property, including furniture, props, sets, equipment, fixtures or other assets, will be charged at actual repair or replacement cost.
The client is responsible for everyone in their production team, including crew, talent, vendors and guests.
Outdoor footwear is not permitted inside designated studio areas unless specifically approved. Production footwear may be permitted for certain shoots, subject to prior approval and appropriate floor protection.
Studio is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss or damage to personal belongings, production equipment or other property during the rental period.
The client is responsible for the safety and conduct of all individuals present. By proceeding, the client agrees to use the studio at their own responsibility and comply with all safety instructions.
The booking provides access only to the designated studio space and agreed facilities. Restricted areas must not be entered without permission.
Studio furniture, props, equipment, fixtures or other property must not be removed from the premises.
Vanity, pantry, waiting and other common areas may be used only for their designated purposes. Furniture, appliances and fixtures must not be moved or used as production props without approval.
Painting, drilling, fixing, alteration or modification of walls, floors, sets, furniture or props requires prior approval. Approved modification, restoration, repainting or repair will be charged based on materials and labour.
Production assistance, studio assistance, equipment assistance or additional crew support may be provided upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
Items included in a package are limited to those specified for that package. Additional equipment, props or special requirements may incur charges.
Prior approval is required before bringing or using equipment that may affect the studio, electrical systems, flooring, walls or facilities.
Motor filming, heavy equipment, large installations, smoke effects, fire, water-based shoots or productions needing additional safety measures, cleaning or preparation must be disclosed at booking.
Additional maintenance, cleaning, safety or production charges may apply.
Setup, preparation, packing and clearing must be completed within booked time. Extensions are subject to availability and charged at the applicable
additional-hour rate.
Clients are responsible for personal belongings, production equipment, valuables and other property brought into the studio. Studio is not responsible for loss, theft or damage.
