Security and Housekeeping:

You are responsible for providing adequate security for the event.
Beach access is not permitted for safety reasons.
If you require security or housekeeping staff from us, charges start at ₹1,300 per staff member.

Lawful Events and Permissions:

All events must comply with applicable laws, and necessary permissions must be obtained from your side.
Events are permitted only until 10 PM and must not exceed this time limit.

Fireworks:

Fireworks are strictly prohibited to protect the natural flora and fauna.

Parking:

Parking is allowed only in designated spots. You are responsible for valet arrangements

Banners:

Event promotional materials can be displayed only at select locations, with management consent and approved sizes.

Permanent Structures:

No setups causing permanent damage to the venue are allowed. Permanent fixtures cannot be installed.

Electricity and Water:

12 hours of electricity for grinder/mixer + 2 lights and 3 lines of water for washing is chargeable at ₹7,500.
Any additional electricity usage is the responsibility of the guest.

Smoking:

Smoking is allowed only in the designated zone at the back.

Speakers:

Speakers must be angled away from the venue to minimize noise disturbance.
