The villa will be opened from your booking time only
Early arrival for makeup is available at an additional charge per AC room per hour
Please vacate within 15 minutes of your booking end time; additional hours will be charged accordingly
We can suggest caterers on request
Caterers are not permitted to stay overnight on the premises
Frying of snacks is allowed
Food and dining must be restricted to the kitchen area only — up to 15 people can be seated for a traditional dining setup
Please avoid eating on Athangudi tiles as spillage will cause permanent damage
AC will not be switched on during decoration
Decor teams may arrive up to 3 hours before the event
Any decoration between 10 PM and 5 AM will be charged at Rs. 1,000 per hour
All decor must be completed by 10 PM the previous night
Tape and nails on walls, items, or paintings are not permitted
Campus props are available for use and must be returned in the same condition
Haldi, water activities, and homams must be conducted outdoors only
The shamiana can be set up behind the house near the Tulsi Madam — suitable for outdoor dining, haldi, water activities, and homams
Please do not bring any water or haldi-based activities indoors as it will damage the flooring
A maximum of 3 cars may park inside the villa; remaining vehicles may park on the road
Up to 15-20 two-wheelers can be parked inside the premises
Generator usage will be charged at Rs. 80 per unit; meter readings will be taken before and after the event
Premises will be locked at 10 PM and opened at 6 AM; special requests for homam or decor can be accommodated
Outside pets are not permitted
Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited anywhere within the villa compound
