  • A mandatory maintenance charge of Rs. 500 applies per session.
  • EB is charged separately at Rs. 25/unit (reading from the time of entry to the time of exit).

Rules and Regulations

  • A caution deposit of 5000/- (cash) is collected upon entry and will be returned after inspection of the space upon completion of booking.
  • Please adhere to your booked slot to avoid overlapping with other clients.
  • Any setup/clean up exceeding 20 minutes will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • In case of power failure, DG usage is charged at 900/- per hour (covers 50% heavy equipment/max 3 ACs).
  • Strictly no footwear allowed on the floor.
  • Food & Drinks allowed only in the designated lunchroom.
  • Any damage to equipment, furniture, or the space will incur on-the-spot repair/replacement costs.
  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited on the premises.
