Venue rental charges are exclusive of decoration, electrical consumption, and any additional services unless specifically agreed in writing.
Electricity charges shall be billed separately based on actual consumption.
The venue booking is based on an 8-hour usage slot, which includes event setup, decoration, guest activities, dismantling, cleaning, and complete vacating of the premises.
Any extension beyond the allotted booking period shall be subject to prior approval and additional charges.
Adequate security personnel and housekeeping staff shall be arranged and provided by the venue management.
The organizer shall cooperate with venue personnel to ensure safety, cleanliness, and orderly conduct throughout the event.
Consumption, sale, storage, distribution, or service of alcoholic beverages within the venue premises is strictly prohibited.
Pets are permitted within the venue, provided they remain under the control and supervision of their owners at all times.
Owners shall be responsible for any damage, injury, nuisance, or cleaning requirements arising from their pets.
All music, amplified sound, DJ performances, live bands, and other noise-generating activities shall cease by 11:00 PM, or such earlier time as may be required by applicable laws and regulations.
In the event that the event cannot be conducted due to severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, flooding, cyclones, or other circumstances that render the venue unsafe or unusable, the booking shall be eligible for a full refund or a mutually agreed rescheduling, subject to venue availability.
The venue shall be handed back in a reasonably clean condition upon completion of the event.
Any extraordinary cleaning, waste removal, repairs, or restoration required due to the event shall be chargeable to the organizer.
The organizer shall be responsible for any damage caused to venue property, landscaping, fixtures, utilities, equipment, or infrastructure by guests, vendors, contractors, or invitees during the event.
The organizer shall ensure that all activities conducted at the venue comply with applicable laws, regulations, permits, and governmental directives.
