Music is allowed only at moderate volume.
No amplified music outdoors.
Events must conclude by the agreed booking time.
Tea, coffee and light refreshments permitted.
Full catering only with prior approval.
No cooking inside the rooms.
No alcohol.
Do not drag furniture.
Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit.
Only these decoration are allowed: balloons, easels, standees, portable banners. These decorations are’t allowed: nails, screws, double-sided tape, tape, wall drilling, confetti, glitter, smoke machines, open flames.
Leave the room in reasonably clean condition.
Not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles.
Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit if applicable.
The space is not responsible for: personal belongings, lost items, injuries resulting from misuse of the premises, third-party vendor services.
