  • Any damage to studio property including furniture, props, backdrops, and equipment will be charged based on actual repair or replacement costs.
  • The studio is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages during the rental period.
  • The renter assumes full responsibility for all individuals present and any personal or production-related property.
  • Production assistants are available upon request at an additional charge.
  • Any painting, alteration, or modification of props, backdrops, or studio fixtures will incur additional charges for materials and labour.
  • Car and bike parking is available for all studio guests.
  • Please inform in advance for car parking arrangements.
