By booking the studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any additional agreements must be documented in writing.
An advance payment is mandatory for booking confirmation.
No refunds will be issued for cancellation of the studio booking.
Rescheduling is allowed within one week of the original booking date
Moving board backdrop paint and painting labor are applicable.
Charges for bringing outside video lights will be based on the number of lights and their wattage (cost: ₹650 per light per day).
After 9 PM, charges per hour may vary.
Reception area shooting incurs additional charges.
Power backup charges are applicable.
No shooting is allowed in the MD cabin.
Lunch is not permitted inside the studio; terrace setup is available for lunch.
Footwear is strictly not allowed inside the studio.
Maximum occupancy is 7-8 people; an extra charge of ₹500 per additional person will apply.
Renters are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their rental period.
All trash must be disposed of properly, and the studio should be left in the same condition as it was found.
Cleaning charges will apply if the studio requires excessive cleaning after use.
Street parking is available for cars; bike parking is allowed.
Any damages will incur costs charged on the spot. Cleaning charges may also apply.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio.
Any kind of negotiations before or after the booking is not encouraged.
These terms and conditions may be amended by the studio owner at any time. Notice will be provided to the renter.
