💰 Security Deposit: ₹10,000 (refundable against damages, to be paid directly to the host before the start of the event)
📜 Rules & Regulations:
- Booking Details: Our package includes set up and tear down time.
- Legal Compliance: All events must comply with applicable laws, and necessary permissions must be obtained from your side.
- Venue Rules:
- No alcohol
- No Smoking/Vaping
- Narcotics consumption and possession is strictly forbidden inside the venue and around the building premises.
- Events are permitted only until 10 PM and must not exceed this time limit.
- No overnight stays.
- No cooking allowed.
- Care of the Space:
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or decor during the booking period.
- Please respect the space, décor, and amenities at all times.
- No setups causing permanent damage to the venue are allowed.
- Permanent fixtures cannot be installed.
- Damages & Charges:
- Any permanent marks or damages to furniture, walls, or flooring will incur professional cleaning or repair fees.
- Any damage to studio property, including furniture, props, and equipment, will incur charges based on actual repair or replacement costs.
- Sound Policy: Keep music equipment volume at a reasonable level to prevent hearing damage for guests, and to not cause a disturbance to other building residents, as sound will travel through the building if it is loud enough.
- Liability Waiver: The studio is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss of belongings or damages that occur during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all individuals present and any personal or production-related property. By booking the studio, the renter agrees to release the studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the space.
- Parking: Limited street parking available. Would recommend taking a cab/auto. Valet services can be arranged by clients if required.
- Additional Spaces: For hiring terrace space additionally for setting up food stalls, it would be at extra cost as per event setup and requirement.
