The property must be returned in its original condition
Damages, if any, will be charged at actuals

Outdoor live counters only with prior approval
No kitchen cooking permitted
Guest capacity will be determined based on event type and area booked
Valet arrangements to be managed by the client, if required
Sound levels must comply with local regulations
Music to conclude within permitted hours
Live music/DJs require prior approval
Timings are strictly adhered to; extensions will be chargeable
