• Cleanliness and Maintenance: Any permanent marks or damages to furniture, walls, or flooring will incur professional cleaning or repair fees. Waste bins are provided throughout the studio to help maintain a clean workspace.
• Damage Liability: Any damage to studio property, including furniture, props, and equipment, will incur charges based on actual repair or replacement costs.
• Footwear Policy: Outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the studio.
• Liability Waiver: The studio is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during the rental period. The renter assumes full responsibility for the safety of all individuals present and any personal or production-related property. By booking the studio, the renter agrees to release the studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of the space.
• Use of Vanity & Pantry Areas: Furniture and appliances in the vanity and pantry areas are for designated use only and may not be used as props.
• Painting Fees: Any painting or modifications to props will incur additional charges for materials and labor.
• Production Assistance: Production assistants are available upon request for an additional charge.
