More than just a venue, this is a home built to radiate welcoming energy and charm. Just 15 minutes from the Uthandi Toll Plaza along the scenic East Coast Road, it offers a peaceful setting with untouched landscapes, while remaining easily accessible.

With spaces for large gatherings, including the courtyard, lawn, open-air balconies, and dining hall, this venue is perfect for weddings, cultural celebrations, private parties, and milestone events for up to 400 guests.

Amenities & Inclusions:

  • Guest Rooms – 24 rooms available: 4 rooms included as part of the package; Additional 20 rooms are available at extra charges; please contact us for pricing.
  • Wi-Fi connection throughout the hall space, hall bedrooms, and guest rooms.
  • Parking space for up to 100 cars.
  • Battery-operated buggy shuttle for transport between the two buildings.
  • Access to a 2000 sq. ft. commercial kitchen for caterers, including kitchen equipment and vessels.
  • Utilization of dining halls in both buildings during event hours.
  • Lawn area available for event activities, catering, and seating.
  • Additional mattress in hall bedrooms if required.
  • Power backup with generator; electricity included for standard usage (diesel generator for Tower A/Cs and heavy-duty décor lighting charged extra).
  • 25 tons of air-conditioning in the hall.
  • Housekeeping staff available for common areas and rooms.
  • Tables and chairs provided for dining halls.
  • In-house decoration team available for event styling.
  • Substantial service entry for catering equipment and raw materials.

🍽️ Catering:

  • Caterers are allowed to utilize the kitchen space in building no.2 for food preparation and storage.
  • The catering staff will be permitted to use the kitchen space with a maximum flexibility of 6 hours prior to the event booking time.
  • The utilization of the venues service vessels, equipment and burner ranges is permitted.
  • The catering vendor is responsible to return the kitchen in the same condition with respect to the cleanliness and upkeep.
  •  Any damages or cleaning required post kitchen utilization will incur charges towards the same.
  •  The catering vendors will not be permitted to prepare food or beverages at the venue to be delivered outside to any event.
  • The space in building no.1 back yard can be used by the caterers to prepare food only in the designated area with the use of oil spill mat.
  •  The Catering team must provide the event flow and inform our maintenance manager on the equipment brought into the property.

📜 Rules & Regulations:

  • Consumption of liquor and smoking cigarettes in the venue is not permitted.
  • Penalty charges are applicable if Guests that have been identified smoking or consuming liquor.
  • Music from the DJ equipment or speakers are to be ceased at 10.30 PM.
  • Food production of non-vegetarian dishes is not permitted in building no.2.
  • The details such as Name, Check-in and Check-out date and time of guests must be provided as a rooming list to our team 48 hours before the event date and time.
  • The requirement of the water fountain usage and courtyard water usage must be intimated to our team 48 hours before the event date and time.
  • The check-in and check-out time for the rooms are 24 hours and extended room hours are charged for a minimum of 6 hours based on extension.
  • The utilization of building no.2 for dining is permitted within the booking time of the event.
  • Damages made to the property by caterers, décor or guests will be deducted from the security deposit.
  • Utilization of the generator for the Tower Air Conditioners in building no.1 will be charged at 2500 per hour.
  • For damages to the property, especially walls, we will charge the cost to repair the entire wall and not a part of it or patch areas.
  • We do not allow any third-party décor vendors to work at our venue without prior permission or exceptions.
  • Electricity consumption of lighting material can be used up to 5KV on the EB supply included in hall rental charges.
  •  Additional usage of over 5KV of electricity for lighting and décor can be used up to a limit of 20 KV with the help of our Generator (additional charges) and anything above this usage limit will require generator hire from your décor or lighting team.
