✨ Inclusions:
- The utilization of the property’s Courtyard, Courtyard Balcony, Outdoor Lawn, Dining Hall, Kitchen Space, First Floor Open Balcony are included in the shoot rental package.
- Two guest rooms are provided for guest usage within the booking hours.
- Water usage in guest rooms, rest rooms and kitchen are on a chargeable basis of 3,000/- basic charges and additional charge based on consumption.
- Electricity consumption is charged at INR 20/- per Unit.
- Wi-Fi utilization within the hall premises.
- Cleaning charges per event day attract a basic charge of 3,000/- per day and additional charges in case of deep cleaning required due to the shoot.
📜 Rules & Regulations:
- Consumption of liquor and smoking cigarettes in the venue is not permitted.
- Penalty charges of 10,000/- is applicable for every incident of smoking and drinking in the property.
- Music from the audio equipment or speakers are to cease at 10.30 PM.
- For damages to the property, especially walls, we will charge the cost to repair the entire wall and not a part of it or patch areas.
- Electricity consumption of lighting material can be used up to 5KV on the EB supply included in hall rental charges.
- Littering our property or any property around the venue, I.e. Food waste or Decor waste material will be fined Rs.10,000/-
- Painting the walls, wallpapers and Nails are not allowed, any damages to the walls due to any attempt of nailing, painting or application of wallpaper will attract damage fines.
